Today, November 7, one of the key events of the tourist industry of the Murmansk region – the International Conference “Horizons of the Arctic” took place.
At one time, in one place it was possible to gather representatives of many countries of the Asia-Pacific region who will promote the Murmansk region in their market.
Leaders of Rostourism, Russian Export Center, leading experts on working with tourism markets of India, Vietnam and China are invited to participate in the conference. Tour operators of India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan and other countries of the Asia-Pacific region took part in the event.
We in turn presented our region and concrete proposals of the tourism industry of the Murmansk region (in the format of the speech, “Road Show”) for potential foreign partners. The needs of Asian tourists were discussed.
Everything was organized at the highest level! Thank you to the Export Support Center of the Murmansk Region, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Murmansk Region, the Ministry of Industry and Enterprise Development of the Murmansk Region and the Tourist Information Center of the Murmansk Region.
It all ended with such a pleasant multinational evening with tasting of local cuisine from the best chefs of Murmansk! Fruitful cooperation with our Asia-Pacific colleagues and the prosperity of tourism in the field lie ahead!
