The central decoration of the park was the stele on which is placed a small copy of the bas-relief “Conquerors of the Arctic.” In addition, there was an unusual arrangement of metal and Plexiglas – hemisphere coated with a outline of the Arctic Ocean route and the Northern Sea Route, as well as information boards telling the story of the conquest of the Arctic.
In the recreation area there were footpaths of granite tiles, fences, benches, decorative lamps installed depicting the aurora.
